Christmas Appeal Donation Details

If you are a UK taxpayer, your gift could be worth 25% more at no extra cost to you. All you have to do is simply complete the declaration below so that we can reclaim the tax that you have already paid:

I would like the Christmas Appeal to reclaim the tax I have paid on this donation. I confirm that I have paid or will pay an amount of UK Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year (6 April one year to 5 April the next) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that St Martin-in-the-Fields Christmas Appeal and all charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs to which I give will reclaim on my gift(s) for the tax year. I understand that VAT and Council Tax do not qualify.

I would like the Christmas Appeal to claim Gift Aid on my donation:

You must pay an amount of Income or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax that we reclaim on your donations in the tax year (currently 25p for each £1 that you give). If you change your name or address or if you no longer pay enough tax in the future, please contact us on 0800 082 82 84 so we can update our records.

We may wish to send you information on the work of the Christmas Appeal and how we’ve used your donation. We do not pass your details on to any other organisation.
