Music St Martin – Concerts - Londons Finest

St Martin-in-the-Fields has a proud history of hosting some of London’s best live classical music events. Audiences and performers come together in central London to enjoy a series of evening classical concerts, free lunchtime concerts, educational concerts, concerts for families and late-night music events in St Martin’s’  wonderfully rich acoustic.

When booking concert tickets for a group of 16 or more the 16th ticket is free.  Group bookings for concert tickets must be made in person or by telephoning 020 7766 1100.

FREE Lunchtime Concert: Duo Bayanello (Accordion and Cello)

One of the most exciting ensembles on the London chamber music scene, Duo Bayanello was created by accordionist Iosif Purits and cellist Cecilia Bignall in 2015. Although a relatively new ensemble, they have already performed at the Wigmore Hall, Kings Place Festival, St John’s Smith Square, and the International House of Music in Moscow.

FREE Lunchtime Concert: Ensemble x.y

This exciting and unique program is formed from two cornerstones of musical history – folk and religious music – and is arranged around two pieces; Luciano Berio’s masterful settings of folk songs from around the world, and Joseph Havlat’s new work based on fragments of music from Gesualdo madrigals. Ensemble x.y is a contemporary ensemble that commissions and performs new music in a flexible and ever-changing lineup.
