News St Martin – Talking Points

Friday 1 May 2015

Great Sacred Music podcasts are now available!

Great Sacred Music, which takes place every Thursday at 1.00pm, is a unique exploration of great choral music, sung by exciting young voices, interspersed by inspiring reflections on the works performed. Revd Dr Sam Wells leads the reflections with St Martin’s Voices singing.

With popularity growing, these recordings will give those who can’t make it to along to St Martin’s on a Thursday a chance to listen to some of our favourite themes and music.

Watch the video below to hear Revd Dr Sam Wells, alongside Laurel Neighbour, a member of the St Martin’s Voices, talk about Great Sacred Music.

The first podcast released today, is on priest and poet George Herbert.
