In the lead up to the World Humanitarian Summit taking place in Istanbul, St Martin-in-the-Fields hosts this vital discussion.

Peter Gill will present a paper based on his challenging new book Today We Drop Bombs, Tomorrow We Build Bridges: How Foreign Aid became a Casualty of War.

Followed by a panel discussion chaired byMike Wooldridge, former BBC foreign correspondent.
