This spring, hear the glory of the award winning St Martin-in-the-Fields organ at one of our Organ Festival concerts.


Easter Monday 1 April, Free Lunchtime Concert, 1.00pm

An Easter recital with music by Franz Schmidt, Flor Peeters, J S Bach, Jeanne Demessieux, Heinrich Scheidemann and Max Reger, performed by Rupert Jeffcoat.


Monday 8 April, 6.30-7.30pm

A programme of music by Bach, Wagner and Schumann performed by Henry Fairs (Head of Organ Studies, Birmingham Conservatoire).

Bank Holiday Monday 6 May, Free Lunchtime Concert, 1.00pm

Music by Bach and Schumann performed by Alexander Binns.


Monday 13 May, 6.30pm-7.30pm

Programme to include music by De Gringy, Pachelbel, Bach and Piazolla performed Christian Wilson.

Monday 3 June, Free Lunchtime Concert, 1.00pm

Programme to include music by J S Bach, Nicholas de Grigny and William Bolcom with Nicholas Wearne on the organ.


Monday 10 June, 6.30pm-7.30pm

A performance of music by Franck, Alain, Messiaen and improvisations by Thomas Lacôte (La Trinité, Paris).

Proceeds from the St Martin’s Organ Festival will be used to support the Organ Appeal, which is attempted to raise £65,000 to restore the main organ and commission a beautiful, new hand-crafted chamber organ.
