The Nazareth Community launched at St Martin-in-the-Fields
On Sunday 18 March 2018 47 people made their promises and were blessed by the vicar, Revd Dr Sam Wells, as a new community was formed at St Martin-in-the-Fields.
Applications are open for the St Martin’s Voices Fellowship Scheme 2018
In it’s second year, this scheme is aimed at choral singers starting their professional career and wishing to develop their skills.
St Martin’s will be illuminated for Lumiere London
Join us for the return of London’s light show, which includes Echelle by Ron Haselden on the spire of St Martin’s.

What am I for?
The past year has seen a change of pace for me and I’ve spent some time wondering what my purpose is. I know that I’m not alone in having existential angst around ‘retirement’ age.

We live in a world of war, displacement, and fear. And we each carry our own hidden wounds and fears, which prevent us from letting go and reaching out, in recognition, forgiveness and love.
Being Set Free
One of my earliest memories of church was going with my mother to hear the Passion Gospel read on Palm Sunday. I loved that the people got to deliver some lines, though it still rankles with me that only the priest ever got to play Jesus.
