Showing Care in Covid/We are inviting everyone to continue to care for each other by wearing a mask indoors and following other social distancing measures. Rapid flow tests are available from the stewards in order to test ourselves before coming into church.

Fortnightly Children’s Church starts today meeting weekly on Sundays in the Ho Ming Wah Centre 12-12.45pm. For school-aged children (4-13). For more information email Sally. Registration will be open from 11.50am for a 12 noon start.

Today we are taking part in a Global Multi-Religious Day of Action run by Faiths 4 Climate Justice. A banner of 170 stripes showing how much our earth has heated up will be unfurled down the aisle at the end of the 10am service, and after subsequent services for the following few weeks. An art installation and other activities are planned as we get closer to this important summit. For more information speak to Catherine.

Tots Chillout Zone starting next Sunday during the 10am and 1.30pm services for pre-school children and children with special needs. For security reasons all parents must be on the electoral roll to participate in this facility with their children, for more details about how to join the electoral roll speak to Sally or Sian.

All Souls Day/ 5pm Sunday 31 October If you would like the name of a loved one who has died in the past year to be remembered in our All Souls service please email sian.conway@smitf.org by Sunday 24 October to be included in the order of service.

Sanctuary in the City/Wednesdays A time of prayer, music, silence and contemplation hosted by the Nazareth Community. 1pm Choral Eucharist, 4pm Choral Evensong, 5-6pm a silent hour for contemplation, 6.30pm Bread for the World, 7.30-8.30pm reflective listening groups.

Autumn Lecture Series/Monday 18 October Tickets for those wanting to attend in-person and who want to watch online are available from www.smitf.org/lectures. There is the chance both to buy a ticket which helps to make this programme possible, make a donation, or request a free ticket so this series can be open to all.
