Trio Opal 

Consisting of three outstanding musicians from the Royal Academy of Music, Trio Opal was founded in 2017. Its members’ extensive experience has led them to being competition prize-winners, orchestral leaders, performers on live radio and more. As a trio, they were nominated by the Academy to represent the institution in the 2017 intercollegiate trio competition in Birmingham. They have given many concerts and recent performance highlights include a recital in the Royal Academy of Music to a full house, a recital in St. Mary’s Perivale and St. Barnabas Church Ealing. They receive coaching from their world-renowned professors: violinist Gyorgy Pauk, cellist Christopher Richet and pianist Michael Dussek.
