The Academy of St Martin in the Fields is thrilled to be joined once again by Augustin Hadelich, one of the great violinists of our time. Known for his phenomenal technique, insightful and persuasive interpretations and ravishing tone, he tours extensively around the world, and will perform a programme including Mozart’s Serenade No. 6, Shostakovich’s Sonata in G Major in an arrangement for strings and percussion, and Bologne, Chevalier de Saint-Georges’ Concerto in A Major.
