Christmas with Tenebrae: In Winter’s House

Tenebrae’s gorgeous Christmas concert features a wide range of festive music old and new, including Britten’s iconic Ceremony of Carols for upper voices and harp. The concert takes its name from a wonderfully atmospheric piece by Joanna Marsh, commissioned by Tenebrae in 2019.

Spain’s Siglo de Oro, the Age of Gold, gave rise to some of the greatest sacred choral music of the Renaissance. The Sixteen and Harry Christophers devote their latest Choral Pilgrimage to pieces by two outstanding Spanish composers.
