Grab a drink, get close-up to the artists and wander St Martin’s atmospheric crypt by candlelight for these informal, immersive new gig nights.

Charismatic cellist Vlad Waltham (‘Hear his gently grainy, luminous tones and his sighing trills, and fall in love’ (Gramophone) plays reflective solo Bach in the intimacy of candlelight. Equally at home on cello or baroque cello, Vlad is passionate about sharing the broadest possible musical palette, in repertoire spanning from the Middle Ages to collaborations with composers and world premieres as well as everything in between.
