This colourful and diverse collection of art work was created by people who use The Connection at St Martin’s art room.

The art room is an informal drop-in group available to people on weekday mornings. Some attend one session, others stay for much longer. The group gives people the space and freedom to explore their creativity using a variety of materials from paint to clay. People can work on their own projects, or receive support and ideas from volunteers in the art room.

As well as being therapeutic, art is a positive distraction away from the worries and stress of being homeless. Creating art also improves confidence and helps people discover strengths and uncover hidden talents.

How you can help

You can support the artists by purchasing their work. The artist receives 80% of the sale price and The Connection takes 20% for the cost of framing. Please talk to the box office who will be able to process your payment. You can make a donation towards The Connection at St Martin’s vital services. Donation forms are available at the Box Office.
