Nestled away from the hordes of West End shoppers, St Martin’s is the perfect place to enjoy a concert over the Christmas period.

This December, we have a packed programme of seasonal treats for all ages; featuring festive favourites performed by world-class choirs and ensembles, set against the stunning backdrop of ‘boughs of holly’ galore.

Bring your favourite Christmas jumper and get here early to indulge in mulled wine and mince pies from the Café in the Crypt.


Here’s what we have lined up this festive season –

Thursday 3 December, 7.30pm

Join us for festive music from St Martin’s Voices and our Choral Scholars. With traditional music and carols for audience, choir and brass, this is the perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit.

The Joys of Christmassnowflake
Monday 14 December, 7.30pm

The Choir of St Martin-in-the-Fields takes the lead this concert of seasonal music and carols for brass, organ and audience including Hark! The Herald Angels Sing, O Little Town of Bethlehem and God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen.

Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 December, 4.00pm – 5.00pm

A joyful celebration of family carols for Christmas! Carols for choir and audience include Away in a Manger, We Three Kings and Little Donkey as well as entertaining solos by the choir including The Virgin Mary had a Baby Boy and Go, tell it on the Mountain. Fun for all the family!

Wednesday 23 December, 7.00pm

Enjoy festive cheer as we round off our Christmas programme with St Martin’s Voices presenting carols for choir and audience, including O Little Town of Bethlehem and It came upon the Midnight Clear.
