Mozart was at his most effervescent in his works for multiple pianos – products of an exuberant youth, and designed to be played alongside his pupils (amongst whom were the daughters of the Countess Antonia Lodron). Expect joyful performances in the hands of Maria João Pires and Kristian Bezuidenhout, two of the finest pianists of our time.
