A leading authority on the works of J.S. Bach, Masaaki Suzuki makes his debut with the Monteverdi Choir and English Baroque Soloists, who are themselves renowned for their groundbreaking performances of Bach’s music over six decades. This electrifying combination of world-renowned conductor and virtuosic ensemble will celebrate the 300th anniversary of the Bach’s 1725 cantatas, written during his time as Thomaskantor in Leipzig.
