Blending rich choral traditions with contemporary compositions, St Martin’s Voices and the Academy of St Martin in the Fields offer a powerful journey through sound and emotion. Experience an inspiring evening of music featuring Gerald Finzi’s uplifting God is Gone Up, the UK premiere of Tyler Futrell’s poignant Rest (Requiem for strings and voices), a new work by Lucy Walker, and Ralph Vaughan Williams’ timeless Serenade to Music. This programme blends rich choral traditions with contemporary compositions, offering a powerful journey through sound and emotion.
