Christian Aid Week. A huge thank you to those who gave so generously. More than £2,000 was raised through the St Martin’s e-envelope which will be put to very good use by Christian Aid in their support for those most badly affected by climate change. If you would still like to give, you can use the e-envelope.

Collection – Ally Hargreaves has worked at St Martin’s since 1987, becoming Executive Director in 2012. No one has done more to make St Martin’s the institution it is today than her. All papers will be posted on the Facebook page or can be requested by email from Siân. The meeting will be open from 5.30pm, please arrive as early as you can as we need to register everyone attending for voting purposes. Please ensure your name is clearly displayed as this will be used to register you to vote. If you are attending by phone or cannot change your name, we will verbally ask for your name to register you. If more than one person is using the same device, please ensure to include all names of voters in your display name.
PCC and Churchwarden Elections There will be elections for churchwardens and PCC members this year. Chris Braganza and Catherine Jackson have indicated they do not plan to stand again. Two PCC members’ terms expire this year. Nomination forms are available online or from Siân. Churchwarden nominations must be submitted before the start of the meeting. PCC nominations can be received before and during the APCM.
Voting If you can’t attend the meeting please apply for a postal vote by contacting Siân before 6pm on Monday. Those who can vote are those on the Electoral Roll who are present at the meeting and those who have applied for a postal vote.
Annual Report and Accounts A few printed copies will be available in church at the 10am today and are posted in the Congregation Facebook page. If you would like a copy to be emailed to you, please email Siân (sian.conway@smitf.org).
