Turkish/American pianist Deniz Gür was born in New York in 1994. Having been brought up in Turkey, she started her professional piano studies with Prof. Oznur Orbay at Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory, from which she graduated with high honours degree at the top of her class, before moving to Vienna.
