St Martin’s Summer Online Festival

We are delighted to present the first St Martin’s Summer Online Festival. All the concerts were recorded in St Martin’s and introduced by much loved BBC Radio 4 presenter and author Zeb Soanes. The initial broadcast date of each concert has now passed, but tickets for all three performances continue to be available for purchase. To find out more about the concerts, click here.

A New Vision for Music at St Martin’s

St Martin-in-the-Fields announces plans to broaden its musical output and provide greater opportunities for musicians and audiences. Find out more here.

Our Café-in-the-foyer and shop are open!

The space will now be open seven days a week. We would love for you to come and sample some of our new food and drink items – of course, all in a socially distant and safe way.

Opening Times

Seven days a week 11am-4pm

We have changed a few things to keep everyone safe and we hope it will be the perfect spot for people to meet up and share their stories of lockdown.

By supporting our café and shop you will be helping St Martin’s: helping keep our doors open and protecting the future of our church, our wonderful programme of live music and our promise to deliver much-needed support to people who are homeless or vulnerable all over the country. By making an additional gift today you will help us to keep being here for even more people who need us.  As always we thank you for your support.

Our plans for reopening

We hope to share even more details about our re-opening plan with you shortly. We’re sure you will appreciate that we are approaching this cautiously and following expert advice. The safety of our staff and the wider community we serve must always be our first priority. We are delighted to be discovering new opportunities to engage with London and the world, imagining the possibilities of a new future together.

Prayer Garden opening times (weather permitting)

Tuesday 1.30pm – 3pm
Wednesday 1.30pm – 3pm

Please note we don’t currently have any toilet facilities available for visitors to the Prayer Garden.

You can still join us for daily worship on Facebook, you can listen to new recordings by our talented singers each week and you can be assured that our vital work with people who are experiencing homelessness or sleeping rough continues. If you can help us, please support us today.

Who we are

St Martin-in-the-Fields is an architectural jewel sitting at the corner of one of the world’s most famous squares. It’s a place of encounter between God and humanity, the wealthy and the destitute, culture and commerce. We welcome you into the warmth of this vibrant community.
