Our first mission is in our place of work and our neighbourhood, and we hope to inspire and strengthen that community and offer companionship in the midst of isolation.
As a community we are especially aware of homelessness. Our Sunday International Group offers opportunities to build genuine and sustained relationships with asylum-seekers. You can volunteer for the BBC Radio 4 Christmas Appeal with St Martin-in-the-Fields from November to January, and support The Connection, for example by participating in the annual pilgrimage to Canterbury.
HeartEdge is the initiative by which St Martin’s is seeking to renew the life of the church through helping other churches reimagine their ministry, mission and sources of income.
There are also ways to support mission overseas, and to join in mission to prisons.
